The last two weeks we have been working with users outside of Alive Activities to help us understand a wide range of use cases. As well as defining whole new user personas!
The team sent out an open invite to 21 organisations to be involved in our initial user interviews. So far we have spoken to seven organisations about what they would need from our new teleconferencing software, ‘MeetupCall Community’.
